People from other communities in Nepal also love it. aloo sadeko Most people eat a lot with Chiura / baji. 

You can easily find and eat aloo sadeko in any restaurant in Kathmandu valley of Nepal. 

It tends to be very good at eating. It is made from boiled potatoes and roasted tomatoes.

 

You can easily make it at home. Follow the method given below to make aloo sadeko and eat it at home.

Aloo sadeko recipe


(Cooking/preparing method:) 


Step 1

First of all you need boiled (3 medium size) peeled and cut potatoes to make aloo sadeko.


Step 2

Now make the spice you need for the potato sauce. Now put peeled garlic and ginger in a blender jar (mixture). 


Step 3

Then add red sesame seeds, pre-roasted tomatoes and half a spoon of fried thyme. Now cover it for a while and heat the oil in a pan (use if there is mustard oil). 


Step 4

Add 1tsp fenugreek seeds, 1tsp turmeric powder in hot oil. Add turmeric fenugreek seeds after roasting.


Step 5

Now add this hot oil with fenugreek seed and turmeric powder to the previous

potato and tomato paste all over the top. 


Step 6

Then mix it all well. Once well mixed, it is ready. Now you can serve or eat it in a plate or bowl. You can eat this sadeko aloo as much or you can eat it with chiura / baji.
