Today I will teach you how to make a spicy chatpate recipe,chatpate kurkure or chana chatpata recipe whatever you called😊. Make a sweet chatpate at home like street from the method given below.
First of all you need some chatpate ingredients as follow for making it.
Chatpate ingredients:

1. Gram (1cup) ( soaked for 5-6 hours)
2. Dried green peas(1cup)(soaked for 5-6hours)
3. Boiled potatoes (1 medium size cut into dice)
4. Onion chopped(1)
5. Tomatoes chopped(1)
6. Cucumber chopped ( half)(optional)
7. Daikon radish chopped(optional)
8. Green chillies chopped( 3)
9. Coriander leaves ( 50gm)
10. Roasted peanuts (1 small cup)
11. Instant noodle (1 packet)
12. Handful dalmoth mixture
13. Cumin seeds ( 1tsp) and 5-6 dried chillies ( roasted and grind them)
14. Salt (to taste)
15. Black salt(1tsp/optional)
16. Red chillie powder (1tsp/optional)
17. Lemon or lime juice (1)
18. Boiled and blended tomato (paste ) (1)
19. Mustard oil(1 spoon)
20. Puffed rice (muri / bhuja)(2cup)
After ready ingredients for chatpate you need to follow below steps to make it:
Chatpate recipe or chana chatpata recipe:
Take a container or jug to create a chatpate. Now put gram and green peas in that container or jug. Then add onion, chopped tomatoes, cucumber, daikon radish. Now it includes potatoes, green chillies, coriander leaves, peanuts, noodle, dalmoth (namkin), cumin seeds and dried chillies, black salt, regular salt, red chilli powder, lemon or lime juice, masala from instant noodles (optional if you have You can add this), blended tomato paste (don't use tomato paste if you like dry chatpate) and mix all these ingredients well.
After all is well mixed, add mustard oil and mix (mustard oil enhances the taste of chatpate. (If you do not like greasy food, do not use mustard oil).
Now mix it well for 1-2minutes. Adding puffed rice (muri / bhuja) at the end makes it chrispy. After mixing everything well, it is ready to eat. You can put it in a plate or bowl.
