You need some ingredients first

1.               Makai/corn (1/2kg) 

2.               Butter/Ghee(50gm) 

3.               Chilli Powder(5gm) 

4.               Sugar(10gm) 

5.               Water(200ml) 

6.               Salt(to taste) 



Makai ko chyakhla/bhat recipe:

Cooking method:

1) Crush corn(Use sliced/crush ​​corn. If you use it without pieces/crush, it may not cook and it may not be sweet.)

2) Heat butter and sauté corn

3) Add chilli powder, sugar and cook well

4) Add water and salt(little)  and simmer


Check if it is cooked well. If it is cooked then your makai ko chyakhla is ready. Now you can eat it with meat or dal(nepali food/soup) or your favorite food.
