Today I have brought you aloo chop recipe. Aloo chop is one of the popular nepali breakfast. Aloo chop most easting breakfast in nepal aloo chop can be easily made at home. I will teach you how to make aloo chop easily. For that, follow the method given below.

For making aloo chop first of all you need some ingredients as follow;


 S.N.       Ingredients/Quantity

  1.          Coriander half cup 2 spoon

  2.          green chilli chop 

  3.          Salt (to taste)

  4.          Ginger (half spoon) 

  5.          Cumin and Coriander (half spoon   grind) 

  6.          Red chilli / salt turmaric (mix    1spoon) 

  7.          Oil (1 bottle or half liter) 

  8.          Turmeric (1 cup) 

  9.          Potato (half kg)

  10.        Onion (chop) 1 cup

  11.        Turmaric (half spoon) 


Note: You can also use the quantity of ingredients and ingredients according to your own.


Aloo chop recipe/Cooking method

Now put gram flour in a big bowl. Then add mix (red chilli, salt, turmaric). Then add a little water and mix again and make batter. And don't make it too thin or too thick.


Boil the potatoes in water. Place the boiled potatoes in a bowl. Now bring boiled potatoes and mashed them. Mashed well. Now fry cumin and coriander in a pan (without oil). After frying for a while, grind it.


Now add all the spices in the mashed potatoes like salt, green chilli, salt, turmeric, ginger, onion, green coriander, cumin and coriander powder. Now mix it all well.


After mixing it well, you start making aloo chop. To do this, apply a little oil on your hands and take the aloo mashed with the ingredients made a little earlier and make it into a shape or a round shape. And dip it in the flour batter made earlier. Then deep fry it in oil. Get well on both sides. Make aloo chop in the same way. And enjoy with your family and friends.
