Today I will teach you how to make eggs curry. Eggs curry is mainly made from eggs and it is made delicious by adding a few other ingredients. The method of making eggs curry varies from country to country. indian eggs curry or egg curry indian and nepali eggs curry making process is almost same but indian make egg curry spicy more than nepali style egg curry. 


Today I will teach you how to make eggs curry in Nepali style. Use the method given below to make eggs curry in Nepali style.




 

According to different countries Eggs curry is also called or maybe you can say eggs masala, curried egg,egg gravy,muttai kulambu,anda curry,egg masala recipe,anda kari recipe,ande ki sabji,mutta curry,egg curry masala,anda masala,anda curry recipe,curried eggs recipe,egg gravy,egg kurma,egg kulambu,egg pulusu,egg korma,egg masala fry,curried egg sandwiches,omelette curry but these all are same.the method of making it all is the same but slightly different.


First Some ingredients you need to make it

 

Eggs curry recipe or boiled egg curry recipe:

1.           Eggs (6pice)

2.           Tomatoes (2pice) (make paste)

3.           Onion (1 pice) (make paste)

4.           Ginger and garlic ( 2sp)(make paste)

5.           Oil(2 sp)

6.           Cumin seeds( half spoon)

7.           Cloves(2-4)

8.           Cardamom(2-4)

9.           Bay leaf(2)

10.         Green chillies (5-6)(chopped)

11.         Salt (to taste)

12.         Red chillies powder (1 sp)

13.         Turmeric (half sp)

14.         Curry powder (1 sp)

15.         Garam masala (half sp)(optional)

16.         Coriander leaves(chopped)(half small bowl)


Process of makeing egg curry recipe or egg kari recipe or anda curry in nepali style.


First make a paste of tomatoes, onion, ginger and garlic.Boil the egg and remove the shell.


Now make a small hole in the boiled eggs with a toothpick.


Now take a pan and heat oil in it. Once the oil is hot, add the eggs and fry the eggs. Stir until golden brown on the outside of the egg. Once the egg is fried, take it out and put it in a bowl.


Now add cumin seeds, cloves, cardamom, bayleaf and chopped green chilly in the oil and fry them all well. Then add onion, ginger and garlic paste. After applying this paste, stir fry for a while. Fry it until all the water from the onion has dried. Roast it well. After frying, add tomato paste. Roast it well. Now add salt, red chillies powder, tumeric, curry powder and mix it well.


After mixing, cook it for 2-3 minutes. Now add 1 glass of water (add as much gravy as you need). Now put fry eggs in it. Add garam masala and chopped coriander and mix well. Now cook it for about 5 minutes. (Please keep the flame medium level and cook.)


Once cooked 5 minutes check whether it is well cooked or not. If you feel it is not cooked or ready, cook it for a while longer. If it is ripe and smells comes like yummy, then your egg curry is ready to eat. Serve it as you wish and enjoy it.
