1 Bread (normal bread)
2 Gram flour (2cup)
3 Green coriander (chop 1 cup)
4 Oil (half liter for deep fry)
5 Green chilli chop (1 spoon) (optional)
6 Red chilli powder (1 spoon)
7 Cumin and coriander powder (1 spoon) Salt (to taste)
8 Chaat masala (2 spoon)
9 Turmeric (1 spoon)
10 Garlic (chop 1 spoon)
Note: You can also use the quantity of ingredients and ingredients according to your own.
Bread pakora recipe/cooking method of bread pakora
First take the bread and cut it in half. If you do not like the side of the bread, you can cut it and spread it. Cut the bread into triangular shapes.
Now add gram flour to a large bowl. Then add all the spices red chilli powder, cumin and coriander powder, turmeric, salt, green chili, garlic, chaat spice, green coriander and also add 1 glass of water. And mix all this well and make batter. Don't make it too thick or too thin.
Now heat the oil in a pan. Now dip the previously cut bread well in the gram flour batter and deep fry in oil. (Flame should be medium level) Cook it well on both sides. And this bread pakora is ready to eat. This bread pakora is very sweet. Now you can eat it with kecthup sauce. You will love it.
