sikarni is a very popular dessert in Nepal. It is believed that Lord Krishna likes it. It is also called Shrikhand. sikarni As it is very good and delicious in summer, it is given to the guests in the Terai.
The method of making sikarni is very short and easy. It can also be made in different flavors.
Note:You can easily make sikarni using these any of following method that you think is better, sweeter or shorter.
Today I will teach you how to make Sikarni recipe. let's get start.
S. N. Ingredients/Quantity
1. Hung curd(600gm)
2. Sugar powder(150gm)
3. Chopped nuts(100gm)
4. Crushed peppercon(5gm)
Method
1) Keep some nuts
2) Mix all ingredients together keep cold.
3) Serve garnished with chopped nuts.

In Nepali style;
method
Put the hung curd in a bowl. Now add crushed cardamom (elaichi) 5-6 pcs then add powdered sugar (as per taste) and mix it with a spoon. Now put it in a separate bowl and add your favorite dry fruits on top. Now it is ready to eat.
Sikarni in saffron flavour
Take some saffron and soak it in milk. Put the saffron soaked in milk in the previous mix hung curd and mix. Now put it in a bowl and put your favorite dry fruits on it. Now it is ready to eat.
